1. Digital Service Only
GoIPTVMax provides digital IPTV subscriptions only.
Since there are no physical products, returns are not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
The service did not work at all after purchase.
Technical issues reported to our support team within the first 7 days could not be resolved.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The issue is due to your internet speed, device incompatibility, or incorrect setup.
You change your mind after activation of the service.
More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.

6. Service Cancellation
You can cancel your IPTV subscription at any time, but cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless it meets the conditions above.
