At GoIPTVMax, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how requests are handled.


1. Digital Service Only

  • GoIPTVMax provides digital IPTV subscriptions only.

  • Since there are no physical products, returns are not applicable.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The service did not work at all after purchase.

  • Technical issues reported to our support team within the first 7 days could not be resolved.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The issue is due to your internet speed, device incompatibility, or incorrect setup.

  • You change your mind after activation of the service.

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.


3. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Contact our support team via:

  • Provide your order number, payment confirmation, and a description of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other).

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Partial Refunds

In special cases, GoIPTVMax may offer a partial refund at our discretion (for example, if you used the service for part of the subscription period but encountered unresolved issues).


6. Service Cancellation

  • You can cancel your IPTV subscription at any time, but cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless it meets the conditions above.
